Section H: Special Contract Requirements
Added :
- Clause H.55 Contractor's Obligations Concerning U.S. Manufacturing Requirements of a Determination of Exceptional Circumstances is added to the contract as a new clause.
- Clause H.56 EPAct Data Protection is added to the contract as a new clause.
Deleted and Replaced:
- Clause H.3 Employee Compensation: Pay and Benefits is deleted and replaced to the contract with the most current version.
